Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at MandrakeAndMugwort@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Personalised or Custom Items
Items that have been customised or personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please ensure that all personalisation details are entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
